Thank you for your trust in us for all your dental needs! We continue to see patients for our full menu of dental treatments, procedures, and services under new protocols that ensure the safety of both our clients and staff. Our main goal continues to be the safety of you, your family, and our team. We are currently scheduling new patients and non-urgent dental care. Please give us a call at 713-766-1493 to schedule your next appointment or ask any questions you may have pertaining to your dental needs.
Our experienced and friendly team members have been providing high-quality dentistry in a compassionate, comfortable and safe environment for more than 10 years. Our patients’ safety and well-being has always and will continue to be our top priority. We have elevated our high standards even further by asking all patients to use hand sanitizer when they enter our office, and provide information regarding recent travel, cold symptoms, and exposure to anyone with COVID-19 prior to their appointment.
As a result of the government mandate and the recommendations of the American Dental Association, we have updated our office hours and protocols to keep our patients and community safe. We will only see 1-2 patients at a time to minimize exposure risk. Patients will be screened via phone and at the time of their appointment. At this time we ask those who are experiencing symptoms to notify us before their appointment time or they will not be seen. We are also asking to please help us minimize exposure by only the patient being seen to come up to our suite for their appointment. All caregivers will be allowed to assist with additional patient care.
Our practice has always followed the strictest protocols regarding infection control in the dental practice. During this time, we have increased our disinfecting protocol for waiting rooms and patient areas. Patients will be taken directly to a room, and our waiting room will remain empty to prevent any unnecessary contact.
We appreciate your patience as we manage this unprecedented time. Our goal is to keep our patients safe and healthy.
We promise to keep you updated through this dynamic situation, and we look forward to making you smile!
Sincerely,
Dr. Velasco and Staff
